“Each print is a result of personal collaboration with the printer”
Rather than have the images printed cheaply in a far away lab, I work with a local printer. Ray, the printer, has been in the imaging business for more than 40 years and knows his stuff. For me the experience of being able to go in and work personally with an expert in the field in a direct and friendly way is invaluable, and ensures that every print is top quality. I choose to support local business wherever I can.
Mysticalchemyarts images are printed using high quality archival materials. Metallic prints are created by using a special type of bonded or laminated paper. This process is among the latest and best that photographic development has to offer. The end result is a remarkable picture possessing a rich sheen and deep clarity, a vivid quality unmatched by other archival means. The paper and inks have been thouroughly tested and you can be sure that they will not fade in your lifetime.
*Please note that most monitors have minor variations in the way they are calibrated for color, contrast and lighting levels. Therefore the images you receive may be slightly different than what appears on your screen. However, because such care is taken in the creation and printing of the image you can be sure that what you recieve is exactly as the artist intended.
Most prints are available in 3 sizes. Small in which the total area is aproximately equivalent to the size of a sheet of standard paper. Medium in which the area is aproximately equivalent to 2 sheets of standard paper and large which vary.
Many of the images are available as large size Limited Editions prints. These impressive prints are signed, dated, numbered, and accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity. There are only 20 large prints per image. The price will increase after 15 have been sold.

All prints should be matted for aesthetic as well as practical purposes. A mat acts to separate the print from the glass. If this is not done, the emulsion of the print can stick to the glass. This looks unpleasant and can damage the print. The basic technique of sticking a photo up against a glass desk frame or whatever should never be used for art prints. If you don't like the look of a mat for some reason, dry mount and use frame spacers.
These prints look fabulous in a simple black frame with a generous white mat. Black matting can also look good. As well a gold frame looks stunning with most of my works.
If you can afford it, use a professional framer, as their expertise will ensure that your print is beautifully displayed.
